Joven productor, músico y compositor, Javier Limón tiene ya una extensa y reconocida carrera a sus espaldas. Javier Limón se graduó en el Real Conservatorio de Madrid, donde estudió piano y guitarra. Él es un compositor activo y productor que comenzó a componer para artistas de flamenco, pero desde entonces ha ampliado su alcance a los músicos de jazz latino y artistas cubanos.

Sus composiciones y amplia lista de créditos de producción incluyen los álbumes más importantes de artistas de la talla de Paco de Lucía, Bebo Valdés, El Cigala, Enrique Morente, Wynton Marsalis, Joan Manuel Serrat, Joaquín Sabina y la aclamada cantante española Concha Buika.

Grabaciones desde Bogotá a París y Nueva York a Palestina, el artista incorpora un ambiente decididamente internacional que en su opinión acerca de las tradiciones de Flamenco.

Criado en España, Limón viajó a la ciudad de Nueva York a una edad temprana para estudiar en las escuelas de artes de los EE.UU. Fue allí donde fue descubierto por su potente lirismo y sus cualidades de composición de un gran alcance.

Empleado por potencias del mundo flamenco como Enrique Morente y Remedios Amaya, para trabajar su magia, la capacidad de Limón a tejer cuentos de hadas con sus características únicas en el género le valió un Grammy Latino en 2004 como Productor del Año. Limón ha llegado a ganar un total de siete Grammys Latinos, un Grammy y muchas mas nominaciones.

Javier Limón ha combinado diversas ocupaciones profesionales dentro del mundo artístico y de la comunicación. Aunque el grueso de su actividad ha estado centrado en la composición, producción y dirección artística de todo tipo de proyectos, desde álbumes, bandas sonoras y programas de televisión, su labor como comunicador y docente es asimismo destacable.

Actualmente combina sus compromisos artísticos con proyectos de carácter solidario y con su labor como profesor y director artístico del Instituto Mediterráneo en la prestigiosa universidad Berklee College of Music.

Young producer, composer and performing artist Javier Limón is already a legend of Latin American culture. Javier Limón graduated from the Madrid Royal Conservatory, where he studied

piano and guitar. He is an active composer and producer who began composing for flamenco artists but has since expanded his reach to Latin jazz musicians and Cuban artists.

His many composition and production credits include major albums by renowned artists such as Paco de Lucía, Bebo Valdes, El Cigala, Enrique Morente, Wynton Marsalis, and the acclaimed Spanish singer Concha Buika among many

Recording from Bogota to Paris and New York to Palestine, the artist incorporates a decidedly

international vibe in his take on the traditions of Flamenco.

Employed by powerhouses of the flamenco world to work his magic, such as Enrique Morente and Remedios Amaya, Limon’s ability to weave fairytales with his unique twists on the genre

garnered him a Latin GRAMMY in 2004 for Producer of the Year. Among many other awards, Limon has gone on to win a total of seven Latin GRAMMY’s, one GRAMMY and many more nominations.

Javier Limón has combined several professional occupations in the world of art and communication. Although his core activity has been focused on composition, production and artistic direction on all types of projects, from albums to film scores and tv shows among

others, his work as a communicator and teacher is likewise remarkable.

Currently he blends his artistic commitments with solidarity projects and with his work as a teacher and artistic director of the Mediterranean Institute at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. He has produced over 70 albums with a remarkable list of artists and one of his latest

album productions, “Traveller’ by Anoushka Shankar, has just been nominated to the Grammy for the Best World Music Album 2013.

Pianist Tal Even-Tzur was born in Kiryat-Ono, Israel. Tal was drawn to music at an early age, playing piano and experimenting with musical compositions from childhood. Tal graduated with honors from Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music.

In 2011 Tal was granted a scholarship from Berklee College of Music, Boston, where she is currently studying piano performance. On her second semester in Berklee, Tal was the recipient of the Technics Endowed award for outstanding achievement in her studies.

Tal had owned her craft studying with great teachers in Israel and Boston, such as Joann Brackin, Nando Michelin, and Alon Yavnai, and more. She writes her own music and got to perform in different venues around the world.

Layth nació en una familia de músicos, su padre, Mohammed Sidiq, pianista y compositor que en la actualidad dirige la Orquesta Sinfónica de Amman y su madre es violinista en la misma.

Ha tocado en muchos festivales y con orquestas de todo el mundo, en Alemania, Holanda, Lituania, Inglaterra,Bahrein, India, Líbano, Jordania, Estados Unidos, Grecia, Egipto, Chipre y Siria, tanto como solista y como intérprete orquestal.

Layth was born into a music family, his dad, Mohammed Sidiq, a pianist and a composer who currently conducts the Amman Symphony Orchestra and his mother a Violinist in the Symphony.

He has played in many festivals and with orchestras around the world, in Germany, Holland, Lithuania, England, Bahrain, India, Lebanon, Jordan, America, Greece, Egypt, Cyprus, and Syria, both as a soloist and an orchestral player. In 2008, Layth was accepted to Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, England.

Layth is now a student at The Berklee College of Music with a full tuition scholarship, and is aiming to receive a degree in Performance and Conducting. Layth is studying violin with world acclaimed Arabic musician Simon Shaheen.

His music contemplates a heritage of Arabic music. Moroccan born in the Rabat, Ali’s childhood was steeped in music.

His mother, Najat Brigui is a professional singer. Ali began playing Qanun at the age of six at the Edward Said National conservatory. His most recent appearances includes the Lotus Festival with the Global Rhythm Project, Monterey Jazz Festival, North Sea Jazz Festival, The Istanbul Jazz Festival & Bean town Jazz. In addition to other performances with world renowned artists such as Javier Limon, Simon Shaheen, Husnu Senlendirici, Buika, Carmen Linares, Aynur Dogan, Esparanza Spalding, Glykeria Kotsoula, Elefteria Arvanitaki, Dhaffer Yussuf, Ritta, La Shica, Leo Blanco, Robin Eubanks, Glen Velez, Eggie Castrillo, Sandra Carrasco, and many others.

and graduated the Thelma Yellin High School with distinction in the classical department having toured to Belgium, France and Finland.

He studied at Tel Aviv University and during that time he played for 3 years french horn with the Israeli Camerata Orchestra and finally he studied

songwriting and piano in Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary music.

He has performed and recorded popular Israeli musicians such as; Efrat Gosh, Rita, Idan Reichel, Hadorbanim, Ivri Lieder, Asaf Amdursky, Monica Sex, Alon

Lotringer, and more.

Currently studies Songwriting and Contemporary Writing & Production at Berklee College of Music and is working on his first EP Album.

Tali Rubinstein is a contemporary recorder player, singer, and composer. She graduated with honors from prestigious music institutions in Israel: Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts, Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music, and The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance (B.Mus. – jazz recorder performance).

She also studied at the Buchman- Mehta School of Music, Tel- Aviv University (classical recorder performance), and served in the Israel Defense Force as an Outstanding Musician in the Air Force musical band.

Tali is currently Studying at Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA (Double Major: Jazz Performance and Contemporary Writing and Production), Where she recently earned a place on the Dean's list for excellent academic performance and where she has a full tuition scholarship.

Comienza los estudios de saxofón a los 9 años, y pronto consigue numerosas becas y premios de prestigio participando en la Joven Banda Sinfónica de Castilla y León.

Juan García Illanas began to play the saxophone when he was nine years old. Soon after, he joined the Professional Conservatory of Music in Segovia and achieved numerous awards and scholarships.

In 2007, joined he Balearic Islands´ Superior Conservatory of Music and Dance to study Saxophone and Organ. During this period of time, he has played all around Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Germany and Estonia. He has also collaborated with the Andrés Segovia Orchestra at the Nacional Music Auditorium in Madrid.

In 2011 Juan Antonio achieved the First National Prize “Juventudes Musicales de España”. He is currently a member of the European Union of Music Competitions for Youth (EMCY) and he studies at Berklee College of Music (Boston, EE.UU).

Comenzó a tocar la armónica profesionalmente en su adolescencia. En 2010 se le dio una beca completa para estudiar en el Berklee College of Music, donde estudió con Greg Osby, Terri Lyne Carrington, Tiger Okoshi y Julian Lage.

Harmonicist Roni Eytan began playing the harmonica professionally as a teenager. In 2010 he was given a full scholarship to study at Berklee College of music where he studies with Greg Osby, Terri Lyne Carrington , Tiger Okoshi, and Julian Lage. and harmonica master, Gregoire Maret.

He performs often throughout Boston as well as internationally including performances at Casa Del Jazz ( Rome) , Tel Aviv Opera Hall, The Kennedy Center (Washington DC) among many others.

Roni is currently a member of the highly selective Berklee Global Jazz Institute, where he is mentored by such artists as Danilo Perez, Joe Lovano, and Joe Patitucci. weden. Currently studying music at William Paterson University.

Fascinado por jazz desde su adolescencia, Daniel Rotem se graduó con honores del programa de jazz de la escuela Thelma Yellin de Israel en 2008. Enchanted by jazz as a teenager, Daniel Rotem graduated with honors from Israel’s Thelma Yellin High School Jazz Program in 2008. During 2009 – 2010 Daniel studied at the Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music in Tel Aviv, where he was awarded first place in Rimon’s Outstanding Jazz Player Competition and had an opportunity to perform with saxophonist David Liebman.

He had the opportunity to play and study with Lionel Loueke, George Garzone, Scott Colley, John Taylor, Michael Blake, Kenny Werner, Peter Bernstein,among others. He is currently studying at the Berklee College of Music Jazz Performance on a full tuition scholarship. He has performed India Arie and Idan Raichel, and with drummer Peter Erskine, Ed Tomassi, Tiger Okoshi, Alain Mallet, Terri Lyne Carrington.

Naseem had his first Cello lesson at the age of twelve and soon joined the Palestinian youth orchestra.

He became the principal cellist and toured with the orchestra in Jordan and Palestine. He became a member of the Palestinian national Orchestra “PNO. He was chosen to take part at the Aldeburgh World Orchestra Tour in 2012 in Europe, conducted by Sir Mark Elder.

The Orchestra performed in venues such as The Royal Albert Hall in London, Concert Gebouw in Amsterdam and Audi Festival in Ingolstadt Germany. In Berklee he was chosen to play with internationally known musicians such as Ron Carter, Simon Shaheen, Javier Limon, Cafe Di Silva, Jorge Drexler. Naseem is in his third year at Berklee College of Music on a full Presidential Scholarship studying Cello Performance.
